In April 2016 OsEAN is holding the fifth “Open Forum for Osteopathic Education” conference. Next year’s topic will be “Teaching the Soft Skills”, featuring presentations and workshops in this important area. The conference will be held from April 21st –  22nd 2016 in Vienna, Austria.

As of 2015, the IAO will organize one scientific symposium every year, this under the name International Conference on Research in Osteopathic Medicine – ICROM. The first International Conference will take place in Ghent, Belgium, on Saturday the 24th of October 2015. The subject of ICROM 1 is The Spine.
